Our burp cloths, cloth diapers, are made of 100% cotton, soft and pure for baby's sensitive skin. They are quadruple layered in the center panels for extra cushion support, but are not too puffy, so you don't need to worry about baby's breathing while he is nuzzled against them. The burp cloths are also made with various materials used to embelish them.

The decorative panels may contain silk, cotton, polyester, ultrasuede and other fabrics.

Our burp cloth, mini blankets, are made with either minky velour, chamois bubbles, silk, ultrasuede, cotton, polyester, and other fabrics. The batting is allways 100% hypoallergenic dermafill and polyester.

Our Organic burpcloths are made of 100% Egyptian, 100% Demeter Certified Organic Cotton. The softest cotton held at the highest standards.

Are your products washable?

Of course. We wouldn't dream of making anything that you couldn't throw into a washer and dryer. All of our burp cloths, bibs, bumpers and blankets are 100% washable 100% dryable and 100% adorable. Just throw them in with baby's regular wash and tumble dry low.

A word of advice from some 'veteran' moms- don't dry anything of baby's in a super hot dryer. If you want baby's clothes and accessories to stay hand me down worthy, dry low.

How do I know if the personalization will look good?

It'll look great. If you are interested in seeing samples visit the embroidery links on the product detail pages. We show you the font and colours used for your particular item. We choose the font because after hundreds of burp cloths bibs and blankets, we know what font looks best on what fabric and which item. We use serif for girls and sans serif for boys, and we use bubble letters for bubble chamois and velour fabrics because it shows up better.

Where do you manufacture?

We have factories in New York that do some of our manufacturing and factories in Asia that do some of our manufacturing.

We only use factories that have excellent reputations for hygene, fair wages, fair trade and of course the highest quality workmanship in the industry. Our manufacturers go through tediouse processing over months with our top level employees to ensure all of our standards are met.

We have very good relationships with our friends overseas and these relationships ensure our fair treatment and compensation for their work as well as their fair treatment and quality inspection of our goods.

Our employees have a high respect for people from developing countries because we have friends and families that live in developing countries and are fortunate enough to create jobs and opportunities for people in these countries, opportunities that they may otherwise not have.

Can a customer sell BBDNY?

Are you a parent? Would you like to be a BBDNY representative? If so we have an incredible new program where you can sell our designs to your friends and family and make a profit! We'll help you set up shop and provide the products, all you have to do is have a playdate or some afternoon tea and introduce our products to your friends. Do you sell in retail stores?

We usualy sell directly to the customer if you are interested in  wholesale please contact us and we'll send you the below wholesale prices! We have created a system where a store can buy and retain low prices, just as we do! We prefer to sell all BBDNY products to the customer at wholsale prices, after all you know what you want and we want to bring it to you direct. You'll find our burp cloths, bows, booties, albums, bibs, blankets and bumpers to be some of the most competitivly priced in the industry because of this. We have seen boutiques mark up our prices as high as 400%, we don't like that. It doesn't help us or our customers. We are able to provide tuxedo style baby accessories and bedding without charging you exorbinant  prices. We are your wholesale luxury baby design store.

We truely have a vision of every baby having a bb and will see that vision through, keeping with the standards that our customers want, at the prices that they want.

How long does delivery take?

We use, unless specified otherwise by the customer, USPS priority mail. They claim a 2-3 delivery period. This in our experience has usually been right. Once in a while though, our distribution team sends the package out, then four days later we receive an email, where is the package? We panic, track the package and sure enough the date of electronic receipt by USPS is the day we sent it but it’s past 2-3 days. What happened… we have no idea. It makes us look bad so we offer the following compensations, a free gift or discount on your next order, and an additional package on it’s way if item not received by a given date- usually 10 days. The item always turns up the next day and we will never know why 2-3 days turned into 4-5 days. The reason is most likely Holiday Shopping but we are not USPS and can’t speak for them. If you have a special due date, such as a baby shower, it’s a good idea to pay for the additional express shipping so as to ensure 2 day delivery from the day of the purchase.

How long does it take to process an order?

We usually take two full business days to process. This means if the order is placed after 2:00 that day is lost and the first business day is the next day. If placed before 2:00, that day counts as the first business day. A business day is not; a weekend, a national Holiday or a recognized religious Holiday. We do however, check orders and emails around the clock.

What about Returns?

While most of our customers have been satisfied and we can boast a close to 100% satisfaction rate, there is always the order that arrives not quite the way the customer wanted. If it is a mistake on our part, the wrong colour or item, we will send the right one out right away along with the return shipping label and the customer may send the wrong one back or buy it to keep for a discount. If the customer simply isn’t satisfied we can offer to fix the problem to their specifications, and again send out the corrected item offering the option to ship the old back or keep for a discount.Our official return policy is: If the customer simply wants a refund, if the item is unused they can send it back within two weeks for a full refund. If the item was delivered more than two weeks ago, but the customer is unhappy, we will offer a store credit for the cost of the item.

We want you happy because, if the customer is unhappy, we loose business. You are who we are working for.
